On Wednesday the 3rd of April, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 46 offenders at external borders and within the country.

32 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 citizen of Belarus with forged documents was detected

At the Pāternieki Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus entering Latvia by truck with trailer, who presented forged Lithuanian International Vehicle Insurance Policies, was detected. The forged documents were seized.

11 foreigner were refused entry into Latvia

At the Grebņeva, the Pāternieki and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Azerbaijan and 1 - of Kazakhstan were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit; as well as 5 citizens of Ukraine, 3 - of Georgia and 1 - of Russia were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country and they were not in possession of sufficient means of subsistence to visit the Schengen states. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 1 foreigner

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of ASV, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.

1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the country

At the Silene Border Control Point 1 minor citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of valid travel document, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 persons -4 citizens of Ukraine, 2 - of Lithuania and 1 - of Estonia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Lithuania, 2 - of Estonia, 1 - of Ukraine, 1 - of Russia and 1 - of Belarus.
