The woman, born in 1995 was detained and handed over to State Police officers. At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 2 citizens of Ukrain were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country, at the Paternieki Border Control Point 1 citizen of Ukrain was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has resided on the territory of Schengen member states for 90 days within the previous 180-day period, while at the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Moldova was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. Persons were returned to the countries of exit.At the Terehova and "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 5 citizens of Russia and 1 - of Tajikistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by 3 citizens of Russia was not commenced, other persons subject to administrative liability.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 6 persons - 2 citizens of Estonia, 2 - of Russia, 1 - of Latvia and 1 - of Turkey.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 11 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Latvia, 1 - of Estonia, 1 - of Poland, 1 -of Tajikistan, 1 - of Belarus and and 1 stateless person of Estonia.
