On Monday the 19th of April, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 39 offenders at external borders and within the country.
4 trespassers were detected at external borders, including 1foreigner was refused entry into Latvia. At the “Riga”Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of USA was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country as well as the foreigner violated Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 360 "Epidemiological precautions to control the spread of Covid - 19 infection". Person was returned to the exit country.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 31 persons – 9 citizens of Latvia, 7 – of Ukrain, 3 – of Lithuania, 3 – of Poland, 2 – of Belarus, 1 – of Russia, 1 – of Greece, 1 – of Columbia, 1 – of Cosova, 1 – of Finland, 1 – of Germany and 1 – of Chez.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 4 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 2 citizens of Belarus, 1 – of Russia and 1 – of Latvia.
