Events at the state border and within the country - April 27, 2019

On Saturday, the 27th of April 2019 State Border Guard's officials detected 38 offenders at external borders and within country.

19 of border trespassers were detected at the external borders, inter alia:

At the border control point in the Riga International Airport detected 2 citizens of Belarus and 1 citizen of Russia who violated conditions of the residence in Schengen area (exceeded in visa allowed period of stay, etc.). All persons had been subjected to administrative liability.

Performing immigration control activities within the country violation of entry or residence conditions into the Republic of Latvia have been detected for 5 citizens of Lithuania and 2 citizens of Estonia.

Violating of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and water transport the State Border Guard of Latvia detected 12 persons - 4 citizens of Latvia, 2 citizens of Russia, 2 citizens of Belarus, 2 citizens of Lithuania, 1 citizen of Sweden and 1 citizen of Kazakhstan.
