On Saturday the 8th of August, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 40 offenders at external borders and within the country.
24 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
• Violations of resident conditions were detected to 20 foreigners
At the Terehova, the Grebņeva, the Silene and the Vientuļi Border Control Points 17 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Belarus and 1 - of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (did not possess valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. Administrative sanction was not imposed.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 8 persons - 4 citizens of Lithuania, 3 - of Estonia and 1 - of Russia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 10 persons were subjected to administrative liability (or were refused to cross the border) by officials of the State Boarder Guard - 3 citizens of Belarus, 2 - of Russia, 2 - of Latvia, 2 - of Estonia and 1 - of Serbia.
