Detained one citizen of Latvia in searchPerforming border regime control in Viļaka district, detected one Latvian citizen, who is in search of the police. Man was born in 1993 year. Man was detained and handed over to the State Police officials.
Entry in to Latvia was denied to 2 foreignersAt Silenes Border Control Point entry to the Latvia was denied to Belarussian citizen, because foreigner had not have valid visa or residence permit as well as one Belarusian citizen, because the foreigner has already stayed for 90 days within the territory of the Member States of the Schengen area for 180 days. Persons were returned to the country of departure.
Breach of the stay requirements identified to 7 foreignersAt Teherovas and "Riga" airport Border Control points detected 2 Russian, 2 Ukraine, one Kazakhstan, one Moldavian and one Belarussian citizen, which was violated residence regulations in the territory of Schengen area. (Didn't have valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the stay period indicated in visa, exceeded visa free the duration of stay under the regime) Administrative proceeding in administrative violation case were not initiated to Russian and Ukraine citizen, other persons were subjected to administrative liability.
Exit from the country denied to 2 personsAt Zilupes Border Control point detected one Latvian non-citizen whose passport is not valid for travel, meanwhile at "Riga" airport Border Control Point detected one Latvian citizen, who did not have a valid travel document. With framework of vehicles and vessels operations, the State Border Guard officials for violations was called to administrative liability 14 persons - 5 Russian, 3 Belarussian, 2 Lithuanian, one German, one Latvian, one Moldavian and one Ukraine citizen.
