At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia (female) was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit countries.
Violations of resident conditions were detected to 5 foreignersAt the Vientuļi, the Terehova and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Israel, 2 - of Russia, 1 - of Georgia and 1 - of Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, exceeded the period of stay of the visa-free regime), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by 1 citizen of Russia was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 3 citizens of Ukraine and 1 - of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 11 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Belarus, 2 - of Uzbekistan, 1 - of Kirgizstan, 1 - of Great Britain, 1 - of Latvia, 1 - of Austria and 1 - Estonia.
