On Friday the 21st of August, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 23 offenders at external borders and within the country.
18 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
• Violations of resident conditions were detected to 8 foreigners
At the Grebņeva and the Terehova Border Control Points 6 citizens of Russia, 1 - of Mongolia and 1 - of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the specified period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 3 citizens of Lithuania and 1 - of Armenia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 1 citizen of Latvia was subjected to administrative liability.
