On Monday the 3rd of December, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 24 offenders at external borders and within the country.

13 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner was refused entry into Latvia

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Georgia was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. The person was returned to the exit country.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners

At the Terehova and the Grebņeva Border Control Points 1 citizen of Armenia and 1 - of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 2 citizens of Estonia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 9 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Uzbekistan, 1 - of Ukraine, 1 - of Serbia, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Belarus and 1 - of Latvia.
