On Wednesday the 4th of December, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 33 offenders at external borders and within the country.
12 trespassers were detected at external borders, including: violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners. At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 2 citizens of Georgia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay of the visa-free regime), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 persons - 3 citizens of Lithuania, 2 - of Russia, 1 - of Uzbekistan and 1 - of Costa Rica.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 14 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Latvia, 3 - of Belarus, 2 - of Ukraine, 2 - of Estonia, 1 - of Lithuania and 1 - of Kazakhstan.
