On Monday the 24th of December, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 26 offenders at external borders and within the country.
9 trespassers were detected at external borders, including violations of resident conditions were detected to 5 foreigners. At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 5 citizens of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 1 citizen of Estonia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 16 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 8 citizens of Belarus, 3 - of Estonia, 2 - of Russia, 2 - of Latvia and 1 - of Lithuania.
