On Saturday the 5th of December, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 8 offenders at external borders and within the country.
3 trespassers were detected at external borders including entry into Latvia wasdenied to 1 foreigner. At Silene Border Control Point entry to Latvia was denied to 1 citizen of Belarus, as the foreigner did not possess valid visa or residential permit. Person was returned to the country of departure.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons – 2 citizens of Ukrain and 1 – of Estonia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 2 citizens of Latvia were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard.
