On Monday the 7th of December, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 15 offenders at external borders and within the country.
6 trespassers were detected at external borders:
- 1 persons who are on the police wanted list, was detained
At the "Riga" Airport Border Control point 1 citizen of Latvia, who are on the Police wanted list, was detected. Person, born in 1979, was detained and handed over to the State Police Officers.
- Violations of resident conditions was detected to 2 foreigners
At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia and 1 – of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. Persons were subject to administrative liability.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 9 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard - 3 citizens of Belarus, 3 – of Russia, 1 – of Uzbekistan, 1 – of Latvia and 1 – of Rumania.
