On Thursday the 18th of February, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 58 offenders at external borders and within the country.
1 trespasser was detected at external borders. Conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen area was violated by 1 foreigner. At Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizens of Ukrain, who has violated conditions of residence of the Schengen area (the period of stay specified in the visa has been exceeded) was detected. Person was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 56 persons – 6 citizens of Latvia, 1 – of Russia, 2 – of Belarus, 4 – of Estonia, 9 – of Lithuania, 5 – of Bulgaria, 1 – of Pakistan, 4 – of Poland, 3 – of Romania, 4 – of Spain, 12 – of Ukrain and 3 – of Chez.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 1 citizen of Lithuania was subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard.
