At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kazahstan was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has resided on the territory of Schengen member states for 90 days within the previous 180-day period. The person was returned to the exit country.At the Airport "Riga" Border Control Point 1 citizen of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 5 persons - 2 citizens of Latvia, 2 - of Russia and 1 - of Belarus.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Belarus, 2 - of Estonia, 1 - of Russia and 1 - of Latvia.
