At the Paternieki Border Control Point 3 citizens of Moldova were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country. The persons were returned to the exit countries.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russis, 1 - of Moldova and 1 - of China, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. Persons were subjected to administrative liability.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 8 persons - 4 citizens of Kazahstan, 2 - of Lithuania, 2 - of Russia and 2 Estonian stateless persons.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 16 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 9 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Latvia, 2 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Poland and 1 - of Moldova
