On Monday the 22th of February, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 75 offenders at external borders and within the country.
3 trespassers were detected at external borders. Conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen area was violated by 1 foreigner. At Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizens of Russia, who has violated conditions of residence of the Schengen area (did not possess valid visa or residential permit) was detected. Person was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 66 persons – 22 citizens of Latvia, 6 – of Russia, 2 – of Belarus, 4 – of Estonia, 5 – of Lithuania, 2 – of Cosova, 9 – of Poland, 3 – of Romania, 2 – of Serbia, 1 – of Turkey, 6 – of Ukrain and 4 – of Uzbekistan.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 6 persons were citizen subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 1 citizen of Poland, 2 – of Russia and 3 – of Belarus.
