At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia entered from London, who is on the police wanted list, was detected. The man, born in 1997, was detained and handed over to the State Police officers.At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Tajikistan was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit country.At the Terehova and the Silene Border Control Points 2 citizens of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visas or residence permits), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the 2 citizens of Russia was not commenced.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 persons - 5 citizens of Lithuania, 1 - of Latvia and 1 - of Estonia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Russia, 4 - of Latvia, 2 - of Lithuania and 2 - of Belarus.
