At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Moldova was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit country.At the Terehova, the Silene and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 2 citizens of Russia and 1 citizen of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visas or residence permits, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.At the Zilupe Border Control Point 1 minor citizen of Latvia (female), who was not in possession of valid travel document, was detected. The person was refused exit from Latvia.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 11 persons - 4 citizens of Estonia, 2 - of Lithuania, 2 - of Latvia, 2 - of Russia and 1 - of Ukraine,
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 10 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Belarus, 2 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Uzbekistan and 1 - of Estonia
