On Thursday the 28th of January, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 56 offenders at external borders and within the country.
4 trespassers were detected at external borders, including conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen area was violated by 1 foreigner. At Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia, who has violated conditions of residence of the Schengen area (was not in a possession of valid visa or residence permit) was detected. Person was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 48 persons – 2 citizens of Spain, 10 – of Ukrain, 1 – of Estonia, 2 – of Syria, Estonia, 1 – of Austria, 5 – of Finland, 9 -of Latvia, 7 – of Lithuania, 2 – of Poland, 4 – of Bulgaria and 5 – of Romania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 4 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 3 citizens of Belarus and 1 – of Russia.
