At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia entered Latvia from Doncaster, who is on the Police wanted list, was detected. The man, born in 1992, was detained and handed over to the State Police officers.
3 foreigners were refused entry into LatviaAt the Pāternieki Border Control Point 2 citizens of Belarus were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, as well as 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. The persons were returned to the exit countries.
Violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreignersAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 2 citizens of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 3 citizens of Lithuania and 1 - of Russia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Belarus, 2 - of Russia, 2 - of Germany, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Rumania, 1 - of Latvia, 1 - of Ukraine and 1 - of Kazakhstan.
