On Monday, 22 July State Border Guard officials at the external border witin the country detected 34 offenders.
At the external border 15 offenders were detected, including:
• Entry into Latvia was denied to 1 foreigner
At „Riga" airport Border Control Point entry to Latvia was denied to 1 Ukraina citizen because he had not have valid visa or residence premit. Person were returned to the country of departure.
• Breach of stay requirments identifiet to 5 foreigners
At „Riga" airport Border Control Point detected 1 Ukrain and 1 Isarel citizen which was violated residence regulations in the territory of Schengen states (didn't have valid visa or residence premit, exceede the stay period indicated in visa). Against to the citizens the decision to initiate administrative proceeding is take from LAPK 238.1 article within time limit.
• Exit from country denied to 3 minor Latvian citizens
At „Riga" airport Border Control Point were detected 2 minor Latvian citizens, which was traveled to Sochi and 1 who was traveled to Moscow, and they did not have notarized consent of parents to leave the country. Persones are denied to exit from Latvia.
Immigration control measure inside the country, violations of entry or stay regulations were detected to 9 people - 3 Lithuanian, 3 Russian, 1 Moldova, 1 Belorussian and 1 Estonia citizen.
Within the farmwork of vheicels and vessles operations, the State Border Guard officials detected offenses commited by 11 peoples - 6 Belorussian, 3 Russian, 1 Irish and 1 Lithanian citizen.
