On Wednesday the 22th of July, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 23 offenders at external borders and within the country.
11 trespassers were detected at external borders, including violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners. At the Terehova and Silene Border Control Point 2 citizens of Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (did not possess valid visa or residence permit), were detected. Administrative sanction was not imposed.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons - 2 citizens of Estonia and 1- of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 9 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Belarus, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Estonia, 1 - of Russia and 1 - of Latvia.
