On Wednesday the 3th of June, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 21 offenders at external borders and within the country.

13 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner was refused entry into Latvia

At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit country.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 8 foreigners

At the Pāternieki and the Silene Border Control Points 6 citizens of Ukraine and two of Moldova, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay of the visa free regime), were detected. Administrative sanction was not imposed on 1 citizen of Ukraine, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions was detected to 1 citizen of Estonia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Belarus, 1 - of Latvia, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Russia and 1 - of Ukrain.
