On Monday, June 4, 2018, officials of the State Border Guard of the Republic of Latvia have 26 offenders on both external borders and within the country.
13 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
• conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen area were violated by 3 foreigners:
At Airport "Riga" and "Paternieki" Border Control Points 1 citizen of Uzbekistan, 1 citizen of Belarus and 1 citizen of India, who have violated conditions of residence of the Schengen area (were not in a possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded duration of stay of the visa) were detected. Persons are subjects of administrative liability.
• exit from the Republic of Latvia was refused to 1 non-citizen of Latvia:
At Airport "Riga" Border Control Point 1 non-citizen of Latvia, willing to travel to Stambul, without notarized consent of her parents for exiting the country, was detected. Person was refused from the right to leave the country.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country, violations of entry of residence were detected to 5 persons - 2 citizens of Russia, 1 citizen of Lithuania, 1 citizen of Estonia and 1 citizen of Ukraine.
Within the framework of vehicles and vessels operation, 8 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Border Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Latvia, 2 citizens of Belarus, 2 citizens of Poland, 1 citizen of Russia and 1 citizen of Ukraine.
