On Sunday the 7th of June, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 16 offenders at external borders and within the country.
6 trespassers were detected at external borders, including: violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners. At the Terehova and the Silene Border Control Points 1 citizen of Russia and 3 - of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay of the visa free regime), were detected. Administrative sanction was not imposed on 2 citizens of Ukraine and 1 - of Russia, the third citizen of Ukraine was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 5 persons - 3 citizens of Lithuania and 2 - of Estonia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 5 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Ukraine, 1 - of Belarus and 1 - of Latvia.
