On Saturday the 20th of June, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 42 offenders at external borders and within the country.
31 trespassers were detected at external borders, including: violations of resident conditions were detected to 18 foreigners. At the Grebņeva, Terehova, Pāternieki and Silene Border Control Points 10 citizens of Ukraine, 5 - of Russia and 3 - Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. Administrative sanction was not imposed on 9 citizens of Ukraine, 5 - of Russia and 3 - of Belarus, 1 citizen of Ukraine was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 5 persons - 3 citizens of Lithuania, 1 - of Estonia and 1 - of Ukraine.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 6 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Ukraine, 2 - of Russia and 1 - of Estonia.
