Events at the state border and within the country - June 26, 2019

On Wednesday the 26th of June, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 36 offenders at external borders and within the country.

17 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of India and 1 - of Azerbaijan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

2 citizens of Latvia were refused exit from the country

At the Grebņeva and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 2 minor citizens of Latvia (female), who were not in possession of at least one parent's agreement for their independent travelling outside Latvia, were detected. The persons were refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 persons - 5 citizens of Russia and 2 - of Estonia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 12 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Latvia, 2 - of Ukraine, 1 - of Uzbekistan, 1 - of Kazakhstan and 1 - of German.
