On Thursday the 27th of June, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 36 offenders at external borders and within the country.

22 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

3 foreigners with forged documents weer detected

At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia entered Latvia, who presented forged Schengen visa, was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability and returned to the exit country. At the Grebņeva Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia leaving Latvia by truck with trailer, who presented forged Russian Driving licence, was detected. Criminal procedure was initiated for the use of forged documents. The forged document was seized within the framework of the criminal procedure. While at the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Ukraine entered Latvia, whose passport contains forged Schengen border stamp, was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability

2 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Ukraine was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners

At the Therehova and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Russia, 1 - of Tajikistan, 1 - of Uzbekistan and 1 - of Georgia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the country

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 minor citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of at least one parent's agreement for his independent travelling outside Latvia, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 9 persons - 4 citizens of Lithuania, 3 - of Ukraine and 2 - of Russia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 5 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 1 citizen of France, 1 - of Russia, 1 - of German, 1 - of Belarus and 1 - of Latvia.
