On Sunday the 30th of June, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 43 offenders at external borders and within the country.
27 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
3 foreigners were refused entry into LatviaAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Azerbaijan and 1 - of Ukraine were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country and they were not in possession of sufficient means of subsistence to visit the Schengen states and 1 citizen of Brazil was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner has resided on the territory of Schengen member states for 90 days within the previous 180-day period. The persons were returned to the exit countries.
Violations of resident conditions were detected to 6 foreignersAt the Grebņeva and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Ukraine, 1 - of Belarus and 4 - of Mongolia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by 1 citizen of Mongolia was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.
1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the countryAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of at least one parent's agreement for his independent travelling outside Latvia, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 16 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Lithuania, 2 - of Belarus, 2 - of Latvia, 2 - of Ukraine, 1 - of German and 1 - of Estonia.
