On Sunday the 3rd of March, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 36 offenders at external borders and within the country.
15 trespassers were detected at external borders, including: violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners. At the Pāternieki and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Russia, 1 - of Ukraine and 1 - of Georgia as well as 1 non-citizen of Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 citizens of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 14 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Latvia, 2 - of Russia, 2 - of Kirgizstan, 2 - of Belarus, 2 - of Lithuania and 1 - of Estonia.
