17 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
1 foreigner with forged documents was detectedAt the Grebņeva Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kazakhstan, leaving Latvia by truck with trailer, with forged German Vehicle Insurance Policy was detected. The forged document was seized. The person was subject to administrative liability.
1 foreigner was refused entry into LatviaAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Uzbekistan was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit country.
Violations of resident conditions were detected to 5 foreignersAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 3 citizens of Uzbekistan, 1 - of Kazakhstan and 1 - of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.
1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the countryAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of valid travel document, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 1 citizen of Russia, 1 - of Uzbekistan, 1 - of Estonia and 1 - of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 6 citizens of Latvia, 4 - of Belarus, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Israel and 1 - of Canada.
