On Saturday the 17th of March, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 41 offenders at external borders and within the country.
7 trespassers were detected at external borders, including at the Terehova Border Control Point 2 citizens of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (absence of valid visa or residence permit), were detected. Persons were subjected to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 21 persons - 10 citizens of Lithuania, 4 - of Estonia, 3 - of Uzbekistan, 2 - of Belarus, 1 - of Russia and 1 stateless person of Latvia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Kazahstan, 3 - of Latvia, 2 - of Belarus, 1 - of Russia, 1 - of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Ukrain and 1 -of Estonia.
