On Wednesday the 21th of March, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 32 offenders at external borders and within the country.

At the Grebņeva Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia, exited Latvia by car and presented forged Russian international insurance policy, was detected. The criminal proceedings were initiated for use of forged documents. In the framework of criminal proceedings, a forged document has been removed.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizens of Ukrain and 1 of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence (residence after expiry of residence permit indicated in visa, absence of valid visa or residence permit) in Schengen countries. Persons were subjected to administrative liability.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 6 persons - 2 citizens of Lithuania, 2 - of Estonia, 1 - of Russia, and 1 stateless person of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 10 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Lithuania, Latvia, 2 - of Belarus, 1 - of Latvia, 1 - of Estonia, 1 - of Ukrain and 1 - of Uzbekistan.
