On Tuesday the 23th of March, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 61 offenders at external borders and within the country.
8 trespassers were detected at external borders, including violations of resident conditions was detected to 1 foreigner. At the Paternieki Border Control Points 1 citizen of Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. Person was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 46 persons – 19 citizens of Latvia, 6 – of Poland, 5 – of Ukrain, 5 -of Germany, 3 – of Russia, 3 – of Lithuania, 2 – of Finland, 1 – of Bulgaria, 1 – of Slovenia and 1 – of Chez.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 3 citizens of Belarus, 2 – of Uzbekistan, 1 – of Russia and 1 – of Lithuania.
