On Monday the 29th of March, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 45 offenders at external borders and within the country.
3 trespassers were detected at external borders, including 1 foreigner was refused entry into Latvia. At the Airport “Rīga” Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner violated Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 360 "Epidemiological precautions to control the spread of Covid - 19 infection". The person was returned to the exit country.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 31 persons - 11 citizens of Latvia, 5 – of Romania, 4 – of Estonia, 3 – of Ukrain, 2 – of Lithuania, 1- of Russia, 1 – of Belarus, 1 – of Poland, 1 – of Serbia, 1 – of Finland and 1 – of Tajikistan.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 11 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard - 5 citizens of Belarus, 1 – of Latvia, 1 – of Russia, 1 – of Lithuania, 1 – of Macedonia, 1 – of Poland and 1 – of Ukrain.
