On Thursday the 4th of March, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 36 offenders at external borders and within the country.
2 trespassers were detected at external borders. Conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen area was violated by 1 foreigner. At Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus, who has violated conditions of residence of the Schengen area (the period of stay specified in the visa has been exceeded) was detected. Person was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 27 persons – 6 citizens of Ukrain, 4 – of Latvia, 4 – of Poland, 3 – of Russia, 2 – of Estonia, 2 – of Lithuania, 2 – of Finland, 2 – of Turkey, 1 – of Kazahstan and 1 – of Moldova.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 2 citizens of Russia, 2 – of Belarus, 1 – of Latvia, 1 – of Lithuania and 1 – of Ukrain.
