On Tuesday the 9th of March, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 47 offenders at external borders and within the country.
3 trespassers were detected at external borders. Conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen area was violated by 2 foreigners. At Silene and Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus and 1 – of Kirgyzstan, who have violated conditions of residence of the Schengen area (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit) was detected. Persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 39 persons – 12 citizens of Latvia, 3 – of Russia, 1 – of Belarus, 5 – of Estonia, 1 – of Lithuania, 1 – of Croatia, 1 – of Cosova, 1 – of Moldova, 4 – of Poland, 1 – of Finland, 8 – of Ukrain and 1 – of Sweden.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 5 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 2 citizens of Belarus, 1 – of Lithuania, 1 – of Macedonia and 1 – of Ukrain.
