On Thursday the 14th of May, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 16 offenders at external borders and within the country.
6 trespassers were detected at external borders, including violations of resident conditions were detected to 3 foreigners. At the Grebņeva and Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Ukrain and 2 - od Moldova, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (was not in possession of valid visa or residence permitexceeded the period of stay of the visa free regime), were detected. Persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons - 1 citizen of Russia and 2 - of Ukrain.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Belarus and 1 - of Latvia.
