On Friday the 17th of May, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 34 offenders at external borders and within the country.

17 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 8 foreigners

At the Terehova, the Grebņeva, the Zilupe and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 5 citizen of Russia and 3 - of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

1 non-citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the country

At the Zilupe Border Control Point 1 non-citizen of Latvia, whose passport is not valid for travelling outside the Schengen area, was detected. The woman was refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 3 citizens Lithuania and 1 - of Russia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Belarus, 3 - of Lithuania, 2 - of Ukraine, 1 - of German, 1 - of Georgia, 1 - of Latvia and 1 - of Russia.
