On Monday the 18th of May, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 17 offenders at external borders and within the country.

13 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner with forged documents was detected

At the Pāternieki Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia, entered Latvia by truck with trailer, with forged Bulgarian International Vehicle Insurance Policy was detected. The forged document was seized.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 6 foreigners

At the Silene and the Pāternieki Border Control Points 6 citizens of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay of the visa free regime), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by 3 citizens of Ukraine was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 2 persons - 1 citizen of Belarus and 1 - of Estonia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 2 citizens of Belarus were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia.
