At the Grebņeva Border Control Point 1 citizen of Serbia was detained for use of forged Serbian driving license. The criminal proceedings were initiated for use of forged documents. The man was placed in a State Police short-term place of detention.At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Tajikistan was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the Paternieki and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 2 citizens of Georgia and 5 citizens of Ukraine were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the Schengen zone. The persons were returned to the exit countries.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kirgizstan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the duration of stay of the visa), was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of valid travel document, was detected. The woman was refused exit from the country.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 3 citizens of Lithuania and 1 - of Russia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 19 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 6 citizens of Latvia, 2 - of Estonia, 2 - of Belarus, 2 - of Russia, 2 - of Lithuania, 2 - of Poland, 1 - of Serbia, 1 - of Kazakhstan and 1 - of Iran.
