On Wednesday the 20th of May, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 25 offenders at external borders and within the country.

16 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner with forged documents was detected

At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kazakhstan, leaving Latvia by truck with trailer carrying a cargo - a car, who presented a forged Bulgarian International Vehicle Insurance Policies, was detected. The forged documents were seized. The person was handed over to the State Police Officers.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 3 foreigners

At the Silene Border Control Point 3 citizens of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. Record-keeping regarding committed administrative violations was not commenced. The persons were allowed to leave the country.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 9 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 6 citizens of Belarus, 1 - of Iran, 1 - of Latvia and 1 - of Estonia.
