On Sunday, the 30th of May State Border Guard officials at the external border within the country detected 54 offenders.
At the external border 11 offenders were detected:
- 1 person with forged documents was detected
At Airport “Riga” Brorder control point 1 citizen of Ukrain who presented the passport to the border guards with forged Polish border stamps. Criminal proceedings were initiated for use of forged documents. The man was placed in the State Police temporary place of detention.
- Violations of resident conditions was detected to 1 foreigner
At the Airport “Rīga” Border Control Points 1 citizen of Belarus and 1 citizen of Moldova, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (the period of stay specified in the visa has been exceeded, the period of stay specified in the visa free regime has been exceeded), were detected. Persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 35 persons – 13 citizens of Latvia, 4 – of Estonia, 4 – of Ukrain, 4 -of Bulgaria, 3 – of Romania, 2 – of Russia, 2 – of Kazahstan, 1 – of Lithuania, 1 – of Italy and 1 – of Germany.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 8 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 3 citizens of Belarus, 1 – of Latvia, 1 – of Lithuania, 1 – of Georgia, 1 – of Kazahstan and 1 – of Germany.
