On Sunday the 4th of November, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 35 offenders at external borders and within the country.

13 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

6 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Terehova, the Pāternieki and the Silene Border Control Points 2 citizens of Vjetnam, 4 - of Ukraine and 2 - of Russia were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners

At the Pāternieki and the Silene Border Control Points 1 citizen of Ukraine and 1 - of Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, exceeded the period of stay of the visa-free regime), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 8 persons - 4 citizens of Lithuania, 3 - of Estonia and 1 - of Russia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 14 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Russia, 4 - of Latvia, 2 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Belarus, 1 - of Poland and 1 - of Estonia.
