On Wednesday the 6th of November, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 33 offenders at external borders and within the country.
17 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:
1 foreigner with forged documents was detectedAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia with forged Barcelona border stamp marks in her passport was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.
2 foreigners were refused entry into LatviaAt the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Moldova was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. The persons were returned to the exit countries.
Violations of resident conditions were detected to 1 foreignerAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia (female), who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.
1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the countryAt the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 minor citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of at least one parent's agreement for a children independent travelling outside Latvia, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 1 citizens of Russia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 15 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Belarus, 3 - of Latvia, 3 - of Russia, 1 - of Serbia, 1 - of Kazakhstan, 1 - of Azerbaijan and 1 - of Turkmenistan.
