On Monday the 18th of November, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 26 offenders at external borders and within the country.

14 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner with forged documents was detected

At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia entered Latvia, who presented forged Schengen visa, was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability and returned to the exit country.

2 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Uzbekistan was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kazakhstan was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners

At the Pāternieki and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Ukraine, 2 - of Uzbekistan and 1 - of Belarus, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, exceeded the period of stay of the visa-free regime), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the citizen of Belarus was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 2 citizens of Lithuania.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 10 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Latvia, 3 - of Russia, 2 - of Belarus and 1 - of Moldova.
