On Monday the 25th of November, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 28 offenders at external borders and within the country.

17 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner with forged documents was detected

At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kazakhstan entered Latvia with forged Belarusian International Vehicle Insurance Policy, was detected. The forged document was seized.

3 persons, who are on the police wanted list, were detained

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point and at the Port of Ventspils 2 citizens of Latvia and 1 citizen of Lithuania, who are on the Police wanted list, were detected. The men, born in 1987, 1996 and 1991, were detained and handed over to the State Police officers.

3 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Ukraine was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has already resided on the territory of Schengen member states for 90 days within the previous 180-day period. While at the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Georgia was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners

At the Silene and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Belarus and 1 - of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 4 persons - 3 citizens of Russia and 1 - of Libya.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Latvia, 2 - of Belarus, 1 - of Moldova, 1 - of Mongolia and 1 - of Estonia.
