On Tuesday the 3th of November, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 27 offenders at external borders and within the country.
14 trespassers were detected at external borders:
- 1 persons who are on the police wanted list, was detained
At the Grebneva border control point 1 citizen of Ukrain, exited the country, who are on the Police wanted list, was detected. Person, born in 1966, was detained and handed over to the State Police Officers.
- Violations of resident conditions was detected to 2 foreigners
At the Grebneva and "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia and 1 – of Georgia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, exceeded the period of stay specified in the visa-free regime), was detected. Persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons – 1 citizen of Latvia, 1 – of Georgia, 1 – of Macedonia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 10 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard - 4 citizens of Latvia, 3 – of Belarus, 1 – of Russia, 2 – of Lithuania, 1 – of Macedonia.
