On Thursday the 5th of November, 2020 the State Border Guard's officials detected 16 offenders at external borders and within the country.
13 trespassers were detected at external borders, including 1 foreigner was refused entry into Latvia. At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner doesn't have valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit country.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 1 citizen of Uzbekistan.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 2 persons were subjected to administrative liability or were refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard - 1 citizens of Ukrain and 1 – of Estonia.
